region - bandung, west java
elevation - 1400 - 1700 m.a.s.l.
producer - PT Sucafina in collaboration with producing partners
veriaty - ateng
harvest - april - august
process - anaerobic natural

This coffee comes from smallholder farms in the Rancabali subdistrict of Bandung, West Java. It is processed at the Sadayana Washing Station, established in 2022 and operated by PT Sucafina in collaboration with local producing partners.
The coffee is composed of the Ateng Ijo and Ateng Coklat varieties, grown at elevations between 1,400 and 1,700 meters above sea level. The farms are typically small in scale, averaging 0.5 to 1 hectare, and benefit from the region’s fertile soils and favorable climate - factors that play a key role in shaping the coffee’s quality and distinctive flavor profile. After harvest, the cherries are carefully sorted in water tanks before processing. This particular lot undergoes natural anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels fitted with one-way valves for 72 hours. Following fermentation, the coffee is first dried on raised beds for 2–3 days and then transferred to patios, where it continues drying for 4 to 12 days depending on weather conditions.

Although Indonesia has a long and rich history of coffee production, its coffees have recently been somewhat overlooked in the specialty market, despite their remarkable potential and character.

this microlot is 100% caturra and is produced by smallholders in rural areas in aponte, narino. since 2017, the farmers have been processing honey coffees, achieving remarkable success with this method due to the low volume of coffee they process this way. the local weather conditions are ideal, with consistently low humidity and tempatures throughout the year, allowing coffee to dry slowly and develop complex, delicate cup profiles.

brazil aracacu coffee is sourced from the farm that won 1st place in the Cup of Excellence 2025 in the natural category!

chocolate, cherry, apple

region - quaxupe, apple
elevation - 960 - 1100 m.a.s.l.
producer - SMC
variety - acaia
harvest - may - august
process - natural

the team of Fazendas Caxambu & Aracacu are constantly looking to push the boundaries of innovation and sustainability in brazilian coffee production, exploring new methods to elevate both quality and environmental responsibility.

this coffee is harvested by varietal, and once fully dried, the cherries are hulled and rested in wood-lined silos where they are kept in cool and dark environment. during this resting period, music is played to help "destress" the beans. a unique method aligned with the farm’s philosophy of energy flow and harmony.

this meticulous processing is overseen by SMC comercial e exportadora de café, a company who work with specialty producers and export coffee from the brazil. working with 40 agronomists, SMC provides continuous training and support to smallholder farmers in its cooperative, raising overall quality.

This exceptional coffee comes from Costa Rica and precisely from the famous San Diego Tarrazú region. The area's fertile soil, high altitudes and the well-defined seasons create the perfect conditions for slow cherry ripening, resulting in rich and complex flavors.

In Tarrazú, coffee is cultivated on small farms averaging just 3 hectares, where farmers carefully select the ripest cherries from the highest elevations. The coffee undergoes a unique anaerobic fermentation process, enhancing its distinctive flavor profile. The result is a multi-layered coffee with warm notes of cinnamon, apple crumble, and brown sugar. Its complex structure ensures a long-lasting and memorable taste experience.
