You have the right to return the products you purchased without penalty and without being required to inform us of the reason for the return, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received them. A necessary condition is that the product must be in the same condition as received, meaning it must not be damaged or altered in any way and must be accompanied by the retail sales receipt. 

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you personally check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery, in order to identify any visible defects. 

In the event of a return, you will bear the shipping costs associated with returning the products. The store will refund you within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products, for the full purchase value and the shipping costs of the returned items, using the same payment method selected during the original order.

Return Due to Defect

If a product is reported by you as defective, our Company reserves the right to have the product first inspected by our authorized technicians to verify that it is indeed defective. In any case where a return is approved for this reason, and in order to process your request, the product must be returned to our Company’s headquarters, accompanied by the purchase receipt/invoice and all accessories and documentation included in the original packaging.
