a matcha bamboo spoon is ideal for removing the matcha powder from the tea tin.
the spoon holds approx. 1 gram of matcha powder which is the optimal dosage of matcha powder. it is approx. 18 cm long and is traditionally made by hand. the matcha spoon first carved from a piece of bamboo and then bent into its spoon shape over hot steam.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
the matcha spoon should not get wet during use and should therefore only be cleaned with a dry cloth if necessary.
