this microlot is 100% caturra and is produced by smallholders in rural areas in aponte, narino. since 2017, the farmers have been processing honey coffees, achieving remarkable success with this method due to the low volume of coffee they process this way. the local weather conditions are ideal, with consistently low humidity and tempatures throughout the year, allowing coffee to dry slowly and develop complex, delicate cup profiles.
