This exceptional coffee comes from Costa Rica and precisely from the famous San Diego Tarrazú region. The area’s fertile soil, high altitudes and the well-defined seasons create the perfect conditions for slow cherry ripening, resulting in rich and complex flavors.

In Tarrazú, coffee is cultivated on small farms averaging just 3 hectares, where farmers carefully select the ripest cherries from the highest elevations. The coffee undergoes a unique anaerobic fermentation process, enhancing its distinctive flavor profile. The result is a multi-layered coffee with warm notes of cinnamon, apple crumble, and brown sugar. Its complex structure ensures a long-lasting and memorable taste experience.

250g roasted specialty coffee in beans or ground on demand, in a tin can with air valve.
